CONSENT TO PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
For contact forms on the Legion Laboratory website

The user of https://legionlaboratory.ru/ (the “User”), acting freely, voluntarily and in their own interest and confirming their legal capacity, gives Individual Entrepreneur Mikhail Mikhailovich Milovanov (the “Controller”) specific, informed, conscious and unambiguous consent on the following terms.

2. Consent is given through a separate action: the User personally ticks the mandatory, initially unticked checkbox “I consent to the processing of my personal data”, which links to this document, and then clicks the “Обсудить проект” / “Submit Request” form button.
3. Consent covers data submitted through the forms on the Russian and English versions of the website: name; telephone number and/or Telegram username; project description; other information voluntarily entered by the User in the description; date, time and page of submission; and the technical identifier of the enquiry.
4. The User must not enter health information, biometric data, criminal-record information, information about sexual life, political, religious or philosophical beliefs, or personal data relating to third parties without an appropriate legal basis.
5. Purposes of processing: receiving and reviewing the enquiry; contacting the User using the method selected by the User; clarifying the project; preparing a preliminary proposal, timeline and next step; and, where both parties are interested, preparing to enter into a contract.
6. Permitted operations with the data: collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer to persons processing data on the Controller’s behalf, anonymisation, restriction, deletion and destruction.
7. Processing may be carried out by automated and non-automated means, as well as by a combination of both.
8. To achieve the stated purposes, the Controller appoints the Tilda platform (Tilda Publishing JSC and its infrastructure partners Selectel JSC and Yandex.Cloud LLC) to process data and uses the Mail.ru e-mail service (VK LLC) to deliver enquiry notifications and store business correspondence. Data is transferred only to the minimum extent necessary.
9. The contents of form fields are not intended to be sent to Yandex Metrica or Google Analytics 4. The fact that a form was successfully submitted may be recorded in analytics as a separate technical event only where the User has separately consented to analytics cookies.
10. This Consent does not include consent to advertising messages, publication of a review, public disclosure of data, transfer of data to an indefinite group of persons, or decisions based solely on automated processing.
11. This Consent remains valid until the purposes of processing have been achieved or consent is withdrawn. If no contract is entered into, the Controller will cease processing the enquiry data no later than 12 months after the last substantive contact, unless a longer period is required by law. If a contract is entered into, data may continue to be processed on the basis of the contract and legal requirements.
12. The User may withdraw this Consent in whole or in part by emailing kerkeen@mail.ru. The request should state the name, the contact detail used to submit the form, and the substance of the request. After receiving the withdrawal, the Controller will cease processing and delete the data within the periods required by law unless another lawful basis exists for its retention.
13. Refusal to give Consent prevents this form from being submitted and the enquiry from being processed automatically. The User may still contact the Controller directly by telephone, Telegram or e-mail using the contact details published on the website.
14. The Controller records the fact that Consent was given using the available form and platform functionality, including the date and time of submission, the page, the status of the mandatory checkbox and the technical identifier of the enquiry, in order to demonstrate that Consent was obtained.
